I don’t know what kind of magic outside of Hogwarts Mrs. Jenny uses, but my child only goes through these blood lab procedures with her. We were very stressed, since this is something we have to deal with every 2–3 months, but Mrs. Jenny made such a big difference.
She speaks so calmly and explains everything in a way that gently prepares my child for each next step. Her kindness, patience, and care mean so much to us.

Staff here are fabulous! Extremely kind and friendly, and the phlebotomist I usually forgot (I cant believe I forgot her name!) is so warm and somehow remembers everything about me though it could have been longer than half a year!
Maternal medical visit, everyone is so much nicer than any other doctors office. Front desk was cool, ultrasound tech was super nice and funny and very clear on all our questions! I would come back here every time.
