I travel over 10 miles from my residence to undergo a blood draw at this laboratory. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable, ensuring that each individual understands the procedure of drawing blood without digging or prodding into your veins.
I don’t know what kind of magic outside of Hogwarts Mrs. Jenny uses, but my child only goes through these blood lab procedures with her. We were very stressed, since this is something we have to deal with every 2–3 months, but Mrs. Jenny made such a big difference.
She speaks so calmly and explains everything in a way that gently prepares my child for each next step. Her kindness, patience, and care mean so much to us.

Staff here are fabulous! Extremely kind and friendly, and the phlebotomist I usually forgot (I cant believe I forgot her name!) is so warm and somehow remembers everything about me though it could have been longer than half a year!
