I’ve never been to Lake Mary Florida before to Complete Care. I was early and the reception was so friendly. The tech was so patience and so prompt. The service was so peaceful and fast.
The staff were welcoming and polite. I was nervous in getting my first MRI scan but Jennifer did a great job in providing comfort. She gave me extra pads and played music so that the loud noises from the machine wouldn’t be too bothersome.
I've had a wonderful experience with the Lake Mary staff. Dr. Goodijohn and her team are helpful, supportive, and very thorough. I had my first MRI with Leslie, and I was very nerous. She was patient and walked me through the process to visualize what to expect. In doing this, she eased my fears and I was able to complete the scans in one visit.
