My dad and I own a small electrical business, after the death of my grand father and uncle (also owners), we had to restructure our company and that was easier said than done, Herman Singh & Associates helped us all the way, they helped us to S corp.,they take care of our payroll, monthly book keeping which includes monitoring our banks accounts, debit cards and credit cards (what a big stress relief). They are not perfect but neither are we, if they make a mistake they will fix it, if we make mistake they will fix it, and above all their customer service is exceptional which includes phone, email, text messages etc. if i have a question or need advice they will respond...read full review
Herman Singh is a true professional. I had a unique situation, working in the US on an E2 visa, potential green card, selling my business and moving offshore. I spoke with several other professionals, who did not have a clue how to handle this. Mr Singh, listened, understood, asked questions and came up with a plan. I have owned multiple businesses over the last 30 years, you are in good hands with Herman Singh.
