Reviews can be very important now a days. So I want to educate people on how positive this place is! I forwent the closer Great Clips after getting a free donation hair cut. (When you go from long to short hair after three years.... you want a little more consideration...) So I went to this Great Clips, nervously. I luckily got Tess!!!! She was great. I had an idea, she asked for pictures (which I had), we chatted, and she went to work. She listened and followed all my ideas, which I was grateful for, and I haven't been happier with a haircut! I checked in online. When I arrived, they took me right away. The stylist asked me what I wanted. I told her and she got to work. There was small chit chat, which made me feel comfortable. I asked for a certain length and it was longer than I asked. Also, I asked her to thin my hair and she forgot to do it. So did I forget to remind her. The price for a trim is $18, which is steep for a budget hair cuttery. It has been harder to find online coupons.
The prices here are out of hand 20 dollars for a hair cut and 10 dollars for a beard trim if it wasn't for the prices I would have left a 5 star review because the ladies here are very nice and they do a great job so to them they get 5 stars ?. The prices are why my review is low.
