Patty is one of the few that understands my hair. And whenever I’m there at Lake Emma the rest of the staff shows how professional they are in answering the phone and greeting people.

My GREAT CLIPS in Lake Mary, FL is the very best. Friendly staff, recently re-modeled and a courteous, professional staff. But PATTY is the reason I return every two weeks. This pro knows how to style even my tough to cut hair. Thanks PATTY!
