Bring your patience. There's a lot of people with needs but they are very kind nurses and drs and staff. Been here for 6 years now. Dipali Trivedi, MD is very intelligent and listens. I felt very comfortable with her. Thank you all God bless!
Been going to the Cancer center for approximately three years for lab work, infusions and other treatments. Everyone from office staff, lab staff and medical staff have all been professional, caring and very attentive.
I truly don't mind coming in. They are on point with tests, etc...however when I got out of the elevator no one greeted me. The two young ladies shown no emotion or they expressed like a robot. While I sat down to wait, I heard them whistling.
The Phlebotomist didn't show any empathy and was very scripted. Orange City location is on it when you walk in to the time you leave.
