Horrible in-patient care at Advent Health Winter Park. The MD failed to provide meds or check to see that thromboguards were in place. Then I received a follow up appt from a nurse (practitioner?) for which I was charged a full MD visit.

They will bill you 1 year later. Then insurance provider does not want to pay because of how long it took them to bill.
