Cody came out today to clean our Trane unit and was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough job from start to finish and I would highly recommend Shatto Heating and Air, Inc. based on his performance at my home.

Shatto Heating and Air replaced a Clean Air Effects head on our Trane Unit today and spent the time to reset old error messages that had been left on the system by the former company that installed the unit. It was a very challenging situation but the Technician Roy, whom was sent by the owner took his time and problem solved all issues textbook style to accurately remediate the source codes and he removed the old error codes; consequently our system runs efficiently as it was designed to do by the manufacturer Trane. I have been using Shatto for over 10 years. They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and explain things thoroughly in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate that they have never tried to upsell me on extras, or pad repair charges with unnecessary work. If anything, they will help educate you on how to check for minor issues yourself, so you don't need to call them for every small concern.
