After receiving care from Dr. Uhrik, the patient reported feeling like a new person, with no pain and the disappearance of a long-lasting headache in their upper neck and spine. Improved sleep and better breathing were also noted. Dr. Uhrik's thorough approach was also highlighted when he took the time to x-ray a patient's husband's whole back and listen to his complaints. While not performing an adjustment, Dr. Uhrik referred the couple for a cat scan and MRI, which ultimately revealed a back fracture, tumors in the lungs, and a brain spot. Thanks to Dr. Uhrik's intervention, the patient's husband was referred to an oncologist, neurologist, and pulmonologist, setting them on the path to answers and treatment.
For many years, I have had both cervical and lumbar issues which have been getting progressively worse . My pain level at times, has been almost unbearable. I've tried medications, injections, physical therapy, and seen 5 different chiropractors over a span of approximately 24 years. I'm in my early 60s and had never been to a chiropractor. My right ankle was crushed when I was in high school and the increasing arthritis causes me to hobble. It's thrown my entire body out of line. My right side was in pain, from my ankle to my neck. Dr Uhrik took his time and talked to me about what to expect and what the process would be like. I feel like a new person. No pain. For the first time in months, the headache in my upper neck, spine is gone. I'm sleeping again and can even breath better. Thank you, Dr Uhrik and Michelle. Dr Matt took time to X-ray my husband’s whole back and listen to his complaints. He did not do an adjustment but referred us for a cat scan and mri which revealed a back fracture and tumors in his lungsand brain. The ER Doctor only x-rayed his lower back gave him pain meds (totally missed my husband’s back fracture and the spot on his lung). Thank you Dr Matt my husband is now being referred to an oncologist, neurologist and pulmonologist. We are still in the beginning stages of getting answers and to a treatment plan but we a far better off for seeing you.
