Excellent experience at this urgent care. Lisandra at the front desk was amazing—she explained the registration process clearly, was patient while I searched for my insurance, and made everything quick and easy. Yariza, the Medical Assistant, was very kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
I had to bring my daughters with me, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even offering them water. The doctor was outstanding—she listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to explain everything.
Overall, fast, professional, and compassionate service. Highly recommend!
10 out of 10.. Front Desk clerk was very professional and friendly. The nurse was the best. I suffer from anxiety from the moment I came into contact with her she made me feel so comfortable... The Actual Doctor was definitely the Chef Kiss. Professional, kind, caring attentive straight forward.. I will definitely return... Well I hope not but if I had to see a doctor I would..Thank You!!!!
Excellent caring staff. Brought my grandson here after spiking a high fever it was only 30 minutes before closing and they could not have been more accommodating and professional. They ran tests but did recommend he go to the emergency room for additional testing that they were not equipped to do. Can't thank them enough.
