Where to start? I made a huge mess of my hair: So I had level 10 bleached blonde hair, I tried correcting that with a box color of almond blonde (lightest brown color), it ended up acting as a strong toner and after washing it out, my hair was absolutely Snow White 😏. Well I was worried about using more chemicals as my hair was extremely porous after bleaching for long. I decided to go with Clenditioner (Mocha latte) to get some brown in. Welllllll 🫣 that turned my hair the worst color of reddish I’ve ever seen, so like a dum dum I thought maybe I just needed a second use of it, so I did that. I love this Ulta location. All of the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a new concealer as my usual brand had recently discontinued mine. Kerri Ann was incredibly sweet, patient and knowledgeable. She offered recommendations on what she uses as well as some other store favorites. She walked around with me to test out different shades and brands. She also recommended a new setting spray and fragrance that I fell in love with. She was amazing! I'll be back for sure.
