My daughter wanted her ears pierced and eyebrows threaded. The customer was unmatched. Manager Janel was super sweet and attentive she squeezed us in for both services on the spot. She was extremely welcoming. Barbie who threaded her eyebrows was comforting. Nashma (advisor) in passing soothed my daughter and asked her about her interests as she was nervous about getting her ears pierced. Neshia was so patient and also attentive while doing the piercing. The service at this store was 10 out 10. I highly recommend! Note: quality service with a packed store the day before Mother’s Day! Thanks ladies you are appreciated!

I had such a great experience with Enrique! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I absolutely love how my cut and color turned out, it’s exactly what I was hoping for. He was able to achieve the perfect brown color from my previous red boxed-dyed hair. I genuinely enjoyed the service from start to finish and would highly recommend Enrique to anyone looking for a stylist who knows what they’re doing and truly cares about their clients.
