They're caring for my boy was above and beyond. They were so patient on explaining all the alternatives for him and to make him comfortable until the time arrives. Would highly recommend them to my friends. I have been coming to them for over 7 years and they've always been there for me.
Vetco (John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee-FL) has been taking care of our Kylo (Alaskan Klee Kai) since he was a puppy, and he is three-and-a-half years old now! And since we made our little family bigger, his little brother, Soka (Shiba Inu), now goes here as well. We trust the veterinary team in this location, from the front desk to the Vet-Techs, and the Veterinarians! All of them take good care of our pets and give them all the love every time we come. You can tell that each one of them have passion for taking care of animals and we feel safe and comfortable that we are in good hands.
The staff and Vet were very kind. However I have to point out that, in the past the Vet used to come in the room and did the examination in front of you, they even put the shots so you can see. But now they take the dog in another room, you don't see what's going on. Then they come to tell you what was done and charge you an arm and a leg. This is the only thing I did not like. Overall the Vet was nice and the tech.
