I completed the survey, but I want to give a special shout out to YaShira and Genesis!! Listen! They came through like the dynamic duo I didn't know I needed. I underestimated the time I needed for the service and not only did they understand the look I was trying to achieve, but they made it happen and I was so beautiful for a very special photo shoot! ? They were just doing their job, but they have no idea how much their quick thinking, patience and compassion soothed me. Wow ? Thank you so so much. This was built a few years after we bought our home near Hunters Creek, before I was driving to FL mall. This location is smaller but there’s not a lot of times I come here and they don’t have particular items vs other locations. MO (Moses) is the very reason I enjoy my experience shopping here! If you’re one of those people that need suggestions, opinions and transparency, ask for him!
I went today to this location and met Genesis. I asked for help and there shed was Genesis repressing all the way Sephora with her makeup style, tips and help.
She an outstanding attribute to Sephora.
