This office is the best I've had in years. Anna at the front desk is so amazing no matter what day or time I come she's always happy to see me and get my problems solved even if I don't have a appointment. Thasha (medical assistant) and Dr. Bernardi are amazing they always give me the best care.
Staff is wonderful starting with the ladies at the front desk. Anna always has fresh coffee brewed for us patients. My provider Johanna Bernardi and her MA Thasha are attentive knowledgeable and professional. I have also been seen by Leslie and Deliferd for shots and bloodwork and was delighted with their service and efficiency. I recommend this clinic 10 out of 10.
I am so incredibly impressed with this clinic! I had the pleasure of being seen by APRN Joanna Bernardi, and all around it was a wonderful appointment. From the front desk receptionists who checked me in, the nurses and assistants that asked pre-appointment questions, and the PCP herself, everyone was so kind and thorough. I felt truly cared for, and Joanna made sure to elaborately answer all of my questions and ensure that I fully understood everything. I would most certainly recommend this center to everyone!
