We were referred to Rae about 5 years ago by one of my coworkers, and since then we have only been doing our taxes with her. Not only she is very knowledgeable, professional, but she takes the time to connect with her clients, understand their accounting needs, and to give the right tips and suggestions. There were a couple of instances when we had to update a couple of things on our end, and she was very diligent, quick to help, and 100% professional. The only constructive feedback we have are the long waiting times, but we understand that they get busy and it happens - we adjust and wait because we truly like working with her.
