I have used RC Tax for the last few years and they are always very kind and easy to work with. However, this year, I had a truly exceptional experience. I have a newborn, which makes it hard for me to go places. I called and explained my situation and they were extremely accommodating. I worked with Melva who helped me do the entire process via email and phone. It was such a relief to not have to go in person and have that taken care of before the deadline. Can’t thank them enough!
