I really wanna take the time out to a customer service rep leisha if I'm spelling in right...well we need more reps like her the patience was unbelievable cause my spouse was going insane about knowing what going on with her account with out the careless reps that seemed just been trying to get on to the next customer.....this company can have more potential if more reps where like leisha.
