Had to take my son here (who never gets sick). We didn’t have an appointment but they got us signed in and in a room within a few minutes. Everyone was helpful and caring. Our nurse Lashawn was an absolute pleasure. She is the sweetest and most motherly nurse we’ve ever had and made my son feel so comfortable with her loving nature and sense of humor! We hope we don’t have to go back for awhile since he’s now on the mend but when we do we hope we are lucky enough to have her again! Thank you Lashawn and staff!
Staff were amazing including the front desk and the ma , Shawn. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I was told the medication my son needed was called in but when I called the pharmacy it was not. I needed to call the office again to have them send it in, even though I was told when I left the office it was already done. I would normally not complain about this as I know the staff are busy but it was Christmas Eve and the pharmacy closes early. I almost didn't have the medication.
My daughter felt ill at work. Everyone was nice, helpful, professional. Our nurse Shaun was amazing, funny, and kind. Put my daughter at ease. Dr Savage was very good and our wait times were great.
