First time visiting this location for my testing on 02/22/2025. Front desk reception was extremely polite and offered excellent customer service; I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. I was taken back for my testing immediately. My tech was courteous and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely will be scheduling all my testing here in the future.
I am always impressed with service and care I receive at Orlando Health but this experience was top notch!!
From the call to come in early due to a cancellation to the greeting when I walked into the imaging center all the way to the walk out was so pleasant!!
Five stars on this visit for sure!!
I was only in the building 20 minutes for a CT scan.

The two staff people who helped me were extremely supportive and helpful. I was in terrible pain and they helped me with such compassion. Other health care professionals should use these people as examples of how to treat others .
