Mayfair Pet Hospital provides a wide range of veterinary services, including preventive medicine, vaccinations, surgery, and emergency care. The hospital is staffed by experienced veterinarians and a dedicated team committed to offering exceptional and affordable care for pets.
Clients have noted that the hospital can be busy, often leading to longer wait times, especially on weekends. Although appointments are recommended, even those with appointments should be prepared for possible delays, as some customers experienced waits of over an hour. However, many clients have praised the friendly and compassionate staff, including the technicians and doctors, who work hard to provide personal and informative care.
While there are suggestions for improved cleanliness, such as more frequent vacuuming and disinfection, many clients recommend Mayfair Pet Hospital for their furry companions. They appreciate the efficient scheduling, clear communication, and high-quality care provided. The clinic is recognized for its pet-forward approach, offering little bowls for water while pets wait. Despite some challenges with appointment times, the professionalism and care of the staff make the wait worthwhile.
Mayfair Hospital has great customer service, they answered any questions I had and they took great care of my puppy. The doctor was Dr. Bridges, and she did a great job at examining my puppy and she was very gentle with her. Would 100% recommend!
Staff very friendly, Sabina very patient and attentive to my puppy. Knows what she’s doing. I’ll be back for care for my puppy. Hope to have her as my tech again.
