I would summarize everything by saying that I will gladly continue working with him on future purchases and sales of properties, but I argue that he is effective at his job, professional, and an excellent human being. Manny was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made every effort to find us a home we would love and was very patient with us every step of the way. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help us research and schedule local businesses for quotes to help with making realistic negotiations. He also literally went the extra mile, regularly battling I-4 to see homes with my fiancé and I in Tampa. After sticking with us through this crazy housing market, we finally bought a home perfect for us. I highly recommend Manny for any of your realtor needs
