“Greg and Henry at Steve’s lock and safe deserve a huge RAVE! They went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we needed for our new car. When I first showed up Greg was very kind and gracious with my two rambunctious girls and cut my key immediately. He then went to program the Fob only to find out that there was an issue with the car’s computer. He tried a second option and worked on it for an hour and a half before coming in, not to tell me he couldn’t do it, but to tell me he had another idea that he could try in a few days after he ordered something in. He gave me the key anyway and asked me to come back later to program it and I am so incredibly grateful to him for that. I did end up misplacing one key right before I had to go to work this week and it’s because of him that I had a second key to make it to work on time. I came back today and they were able to make a fob work for me! They really tried everything and I am so grateful to them for that. Plus, their prices are very good comparatively.
