Since we got this air conditioner, it’s always something with the AC/ we even got insurance from them. Last time we called for maintenance it took repeated calls before someone came here.. Again like the fifth time or more since installed that AC goes out again.. This is a company should be sued for what they’ve done to the consumer ..Its been 5 years since Honest AC put our ac and even buying their maintenance package they never ever fixed it Elijah the owner should be ashamed of himself he just wants to make money (steal) from helpless hot consumers. Please Help Ruthie

Had the misfortune of hiring them for and AC replacement. Needed an adjustment in price because they failed to install 2 new air ducts that were originally quoted. It took us months and communications through the Financing company to get the price adjusted ($600.00) difference. In order to honor warranty, we made a service contract. We called for service (now under different company -Weather Saint, LLC-), no one is showing up nor calling back. You call their 407 number and is transferred to other numbers, and people from 786's and 305's area codes are returning the call. It is shady, be careful.

I bought an air cond from Honest Air Cond in Jax Florida 2 years ago it is a Rheem air cond and today I called Honest Air Cond for service due to a mal fun ton and they told me that they don't service Jacksonville fl anymore. I am still paying for this unit financed by Synchrony Bank.
