The front desk staff are very helpful, and the dentist, Dr. Mark, is friendly and takes the time to answer all questions. Patients, including those with special needs, have reported a wonderful experience at the practice. The practice is praised for its gentle and patient approach, particularly with autistic children. Customers have noted that the staff explained procedures step-by-step, which helped create a positive experience for their children. The office is described as clean, inviting, and efficient, with a short wait time. Customers have been satisfied with the care and attention their children received, and the practice's affordable pricing has also been highlighted.
I want to give the biggest shout out to Happy Friendly Smiles Dentistry. The entire experience was amazing. My son had an emergency visit as a new patient. I could tell they already had a full schedule so they were definitely going to have to work as a team to keep the schedule moving. They didn’t skip a beat , from the front office staff, to all of the Dental assistants (especially Jenny), to Dr. Alyssa Pinnock. Dr. Lee also stepped up in a big way to help Dr.Pinnock with her patients because my son’s case was so involved. I can’t speak higher of this office from the care they provide, to the team work and even next day follow up care phone call. Thank you Dr. Stephanie Dexter for referring my son to them and for all of your support as well. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, I highly recommend Happy Friendly Smiles!
