I want to be honest: I contacted other companies before calling them. Some had higher prices, and others didn’t accept my questions or concerns. Rafael was very patient and followed all the steps carefully with the team.

The company that installed my vinyl fence did not put any pins in the rails so it kept coming apart and during Hurricane Milton many of the panels came out and I guess that cause some of the posts to snap. Then would not come out to assist with repair.
Finally, this past December, I contacted Fence and Plus and they came out almost immediately, quoted me a fair price for the work and parts, and got it completed quickly. They also cleaned up when done. I was very happy overall. And after all these months, even more happy my fence is still looking good. From my experience I highly recommend them. Thank you Miss Sonja and to the guy who came out to do the work!
