Brought in a pair of expensive pair of jeans to get hemmed. I wanted the original hem. The lady said
She could do it. As she was taking down my info l, she charged me for the service before it was done and I thought that was odd. First red flag. Secondly, I get a call 2 days after drop off, asking me to come back because she needs a new fitting because she lost the length for where I needed them hemmed. She also said she couldn’t do original hem and so she was going to a basic hem. I told her no. Asked why did I pay for a service upfront if she can’t even do it. I had a very upsetting experience at this dry cleaner. The woman who assisted me was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she treated me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I felt that I was being treated unfairly, especially because I do not speak English fluently. The way she spoke to me and handled the situation came across as discriminatory and disrespectful.
At one point, she refused to give me my clothes, which was very frustrating and concerning. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and to receive my belongings without any issues.

The lady in there is rude and I guess they steal clothes. My mom lost her receipt and the lady told her she was wasting her time and would not give her the items she dropped off. Said she doesnt have her clothes when my moms bank statement shows she paid 75.00 for service. Customer service goes along way and she didn't even try!
