Very clean and the staff that were friendly. I just moved in to my apartment, and I'm a single girl with not too much laundry, I was looking for a 'drop n go', as they called it in my home town, where to drop the laundry and go, they do it and text you an hour or two later when its done. I guess they just opened and don't offer that service yet, so I'm told, but I am looking forward to it. My only feedback I'd suggest is more places to plug in to charge your phone. Free Wifi is great, but if your phone it dead ... A carwash I was at had power strips mounted to the wall. It was a 6 foot long strip with outlets every 6 inches, and they have a few around the waiting area. Just a suggestion if those could be added near the seats.
