The staff is extremely friendly and answered all my questions. You see the doctor on the screen which was different. The tech takes all pictures and the doctor views them and gives the results instantly. If you need dilation since the doctor isn’t physically there you must do that in another place. Overall, my experience was good.

Excellent service, the ladies at the optical treated me so kindly and professionally I will be telling my whole family to come to Kissimmee optical. Best eye exam I have had by far!
