After not having positive experiences at LensCrafters and Target Optical, I decided to try BJ’s Optical on Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee, Fl. The experience was phenomenal. I got two pairs for the price of one and got everything I wanted. Samaris C and Annabella B (Licensed Opticians) are excellent. Their customer service and attention to details is superb! I highly recommend BJ’s Optical without reservation! You will not be disappointed!
This was my second time having an eye exam at this BJ’s optical department. I had an excellent experience last time but this time was even better because of improvements in the technology of the testing apparatus! Jolly Rodrigues, the technician who did my exam was very thorough and explained each test. It didn’t take long to get connected to the ophthalmologist who reviewed my test results and let me know that my prescription had changed a little because of my right eye. I was having issues seeing out of my right eye, even with my glasses on, which is why I opted for the exam. After waiting over 4 years for an eye exam, I finally visited this BJ's Optical Center due to their high ratings. I was blown away by the excellent level of care I received. No high pressure tactics in a clean facility with outstanding personnel. Optician Annabella Bastida was superb with her tact and genuine care. Exam technician Jolly Rodriguez was also extremely thorough with her exam process. It was an incredible experience. If you're in need of an exam or lense/frame purchase, this is where you need to visit.
