Esteban and Hiram were the gentleman that helped us. We came in with a bad battery and the warranty for the battery expired just the day before. They went out of their way to make multiple phone calls and try different ways so they could honor the warranty since it only expired just the day before. All of them were polite and kind and I really appreciate them caring enough to take the time to figure out how to help us. Thank you Estaban and Hiram and the rest of auto the zone staff.
I’m just went for my battery and Eli helped me out. He went outside to help me find out what was wrong with my car and helped me install my battery. He did a good job on explaining what’s happening.
Had a bad experience in another AutoZone, but on 624 East Osceola, I was attended by Lisandra, and have not received such amazing service in any other store except this one. I didn’t even ask if there was a deal but she the found a deal for the parts I needed and coincidentally it came out much cheaper than what I estimated. But anytime I come into contact with such a kind soul, I have give to flowers where they are due. Thank you for not addressing me with a condescending tone, but with a proper attitude, and for I appreciate you for going the extra mile, there are not many like you.
