10/10 recommend. The staff was very welcoming for my first time going to this location & I felt very comfortable. The doctor explained to me everything very well and answered any questions I had. Then Bryan, the leader was an amazing individual helped me with my glasses, and explained a few things to me as well. I’m happy that this is my new location with such outgoing phenomenal staff!

The Optometrist was very friendly, he explain every step to make you feel comfortable and to understand the process. I know he see hundreds if not thousands of people daily to repeat the same info. all day everyday, there was no evidence of that at all. He is truly APPRECIATED! :)

Just the best customer service I have received at any eye glass store. Bryan A...demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout, from start till I left the store. I felt so comfortable sitting and conversing. He is genuine and customer focused.What He did not know is that I facilitate classes that includes customer experience for a large Pharma company, so I am always aware more than the typical customer of what it takes and how it should be done. He passed the test.Thanks for the experience Bryan A!
