I paid $145 for a lash set, and not only did the tech rush through the appointment in about 30 minutes, but she was also incredibly rough the entire time. She kept pulling and tugging on my natural lashes — it was painful, and I could literally feel some being ripped out.
On top of that, she had a rude attitude from the start, and the end result looked nothing like what I asked for. Within a week, more than half of the lashes had already fallen off, and now my natural lashes are sparse and damaged.
For the price, the quality and professionalism were awful. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about your comfort and results — this place clearly doesn’t.
