Affordable roofing came out to do a repair job on my roof……it did not turn out so good…..I reached out to John and within three minutes he called me back. He apologized and said he had a new employee out there and he would be out in the morning to get that corrected. True to his word he was out first thing the next morning and they did a Good job! It’s always comforting to know that if you have a situation, that’s not to your liking you have a company that will stand behind their work! And John did just that! I would recommend them.
One of the most honest and genuine contractors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We are customers for life, John helped us navigate our roof change and was kind through the entire process. He really treats his customers like they are members of his own family. When we ran into an issue on our roof he handled it professionally and quickly and helped us understand all our issues to come to the best solution. When we needed to have a vent to our roof installed he made time for us and did an amazing job. Good contractors are impossible to find but we are so grateful we found John.
