Very good customer service! The shop was very clean, and everything the tattoo artist used was new and opened in front of us. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my niece felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He explained each step, which really helped ease her nerves.

The tattoo was done quickly, and the final result was clean and exactly what she wanted. Since it was an inner lip tattoo, we had a lot of questions, and he answered all of them thoroughly and even guaranteed his work. I would definitely recommend him!
