Saw the before and after photos online. Walked in and got a fantastic haircut by Pamela for $40 (wash and blow dry included). Going back next week for normal brunette color for $60. It's better than home.
I've lived in Key West for 3 years now and it feels like half the population here is a hair dresser, so you'd think it wouldn't take me 3 years to find one who "gets" my hair! 7 stylists later and finally I met Pam (Better late than never!) I highly recommend Pam, she took her time to really understand what my expectations and desires were for my hair color. 4 different magic mixes here and there and wah-lah! FINALLY I like my color again. Thanks Pam!
Showed up for hait appt full color.Drove all the way from Big Pine key and was told sorry dont have colors to put on.I spoke with the young lady prior and explained what colors etc.A phone call would have been nice.updated review.Sabrina called and felt her apology was very sincere.She offered to color my hair at 1/2 off and will reschedule once cors arrive.Its important to know we all make mistakes but how we handle those mistakes makes all the difference from a customer standpoint as I am a business owner myself I understand no one is perfect.Thanks Wispy For making it right.
