Charlie responded to my message early on a Saturday morning to let me know he was on his way. He was at my apartment in less than 30 minutes and had the lockout issue resolved within 15 minutes. Thank you, Charlie, for your time and good naturedness at 8:00am on a Saturday morning! I’ll be recommending Sturtz from now on.

We broke the key in the ignition of our boat while being tossed around with 20 knot winds at a mooring ball in the harbor. We called sturtz and they told us when they would be there and in just a few minutes he had our broken key out of our 42-year-old Volvo marine diesel ignition and we were on our way again. Friendly service, fast service, expert service you can't ask for anything more.

Always fast and excellent service. A full service locksmith. Highly recommend you give them a call if you are ever find yourself in need of emergency lockout service or just an extra key for the front door. Give them call.
