He also established Homestead Medical Research in 2014 to pursue his love of research, where he now serves as the CEO and Director of the Asthma, Allergy, and Biologics division. Dr. Piniella is dedicated to S. FL and continues to serve in the areas of patient care, research, and teaching. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
