“I was already impressed with this office- when our pup Bruno needed to be seen. The office that we usually go to was booked solid for a week and a half… Keys Animal Care could see us the next day. They were so compassionate And even called me to check up on Bruno! When our daughters elderly fur baby passed in the night.. I called Keys Animal to see if they had Sunday hours which they do not. When Denise saw that I had called- she called me back to see if Bruno was ok… I explained our situation with my daughter’s dog…she arranged to meet me same day and come in to help us and out very distraught family… their level of caring and compassion is unlike I have ever seen. We will never take our babies anywhere else!“
