Very friendly check in staff, kept it sweet and short. Tracey did my intake and she was very informative, polite and explained everything. Dr D was also great, informative, nice and made sure I left with the right prescription. The girl selling the reading glasses could be more helpful than “these are the glasses, pick one” but not a perfect world. Overall, it was good experience and will go back when needed. Thank you all for what you do, takes a village.

While on vacation here, I got something on my contacts which was extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to see. I called and they worked me in. The receptionist was very kind and helpful while also being extremely busy! Dr. Oppenheimer was so kind and helpful and got me a prescription quickly. He also gave me his number to text him how I was doing since they aren’t open on a Saturday. He told me if I wasn’t better he’d meet me in the clinic to check me again. Wow! I was so impressed with the entire process! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely the best optometrist I’ve ever seen. Answered all of my questions before I even asked…. Dr. Darren was informative throughout the entire exam and front staff nurses and technicians were extremely helpful in finding me comfortable stylish glasses which were more than affordable. I waited 12 years as a kw resident to visit this office, don’t wait as long as I did, give them a try and see for yourself!
