We just completed an extensive remodel of our 1950’s bungalow with Neyra Construction and couldn’t be happier! We are not new to remodeling, but we are new to Florida and Key West, impact windows, local building codes and the complicated “50% rule”. Patty and Diane helped us find an architect and then guided us through the construction process every step of the way. Had we not had pandemic related delays getting our windows and appliances, we would have been right on schedule in terms of actual construction time, and we were pretty much right on budget with the exception of a few things we added that were outside the scope of the original contract. It was reassuring to know that Patty was on the job site daily, especially since we were not in town while construction was ongoing. The quality of the work done by all their subcontractors is excellent. We’re very happy with our “new” home!
