My daughter and I recently visited the clinic in Key West for a doctor’s appointment, and our experience couldn’t have been better. We met with Dr. Ward, who was truly exceptional. My 10 year old daughter felt completely comfortable sharing her concerns with him, as did I. Dr. Ward was impressively thorough and compassionate, taking time to walk us through all of our options, from where to have our blood drawn to the next steps in our care. We were grateful for his patience and attentiveness. Our family genuinely looks forward to our upcoming visits with him. I recently saw Dr.Keil in Optometry for a prescription update and general checkup for my eyes. He's the best eye doctor I have ever had, and I have seen many optometrists and ophthalmologists through the years. He took the time to explain things about my vision and eye health that no other Doctor had explained to me in 30 years of appointments. Very compassionate and honest, and really cares. I'm constantly worried about my eyes and vision, and he eased several of those worries with the knowledge he shared.Two other guys my husband works with also had nothing but good things to say about Dr.Keil and the Optometry team, and said they're awesome! The HS working (I don't recall his name), was great too!
