“Just received a call and have an appointment for which I am very grateful. I thought I needed to revise my review in light of them reaching out to me for an appointment.I went to Dr. Berman for years and loved him. When he retired, his practice was bought by Keys Dermatology. Their appointment wait times are horrific. I had to wait an exceptionally long time for a normal annual mole check this winter. Now I have a real problem that needs to be evaluated and was told the first available appointment is almost 2 months away. After saying I could not wait that long, the receptionist rechecked stating there were no other appointment openings. In all fairness, when I did go in Dec, I was well treated by the PA. My problem is the amount of time to be seen with a real problem.“
