Tldr; Nick was very late making poor quality wedding bands that he promised to fix to later ghost me for months leaving me to never see the rings used on my wedding day again.My Fiancé now husband and I ordered 2 custom wedding bands on 5/31/21 with the promise it would be done in 3-4 weeks,(wedding 9/5/21) at that time in July i reached out and continued to reach out asking when they would be done he didn’t even start working on them until a week before the wedding after constant calls, texts, going to his shop, we even changed travel plans to ensure we would have rings on our wedding day, on the days leading up to pick up he knew we were not happy with the craftsmanship...read full review

Last year Nick designed a gold band with turquoise diamonds representing the number of grandchildren I have. It was absolutely GORGEOUS! This year, he made gold earrings to match which exceeded my expectations! Thank you NIck! I love all your creations

I have more Made by Soto pieces than I can to admit, and both of my daughters first rings and necklaces were from here too :) I LOVE that he grew up in Key West and i think you can really see it in his designs. They are unique and I get compliments all the time! Whats better than shopping small and supporting a young family? I highly recommend them!
