I want to give a shoutout to this amazing team! Your fur babes get sick, you panic! The moment the phone is picked up, you are greeted with a concerned, compassionate voice at the other end, never rushed. The people that answer the phones are the first line and can make or break your experience. So shout out to the receptionists number one….. The vet technician, especially Jennifer just greets your baby like it’s her own and you immediately feel ok. My cat is the sweetest cat I’ve ever had, but she’s a wild feral beast when she gets into that crate. I dropped my jaw the first time Dr. Marty interacted with my cat! A truly amazing staff. I’m an active duty navy and was being sent over to Japan, the staff here helped me out tremendously with preparing my two cats so they can come with me. Highly recommend to bring your pets here and they treat very well and do an outstanding job.
Dr. McGuire is amazing. He answered all of my questions and concerns about my cat. He and the vet tech were supportive and gentle with my cat. Front desk is super friendly. They were able to get my cat an appointment within 1 week.
