Last week I placed an order at the dispensary and was declined, my card was not doctor cert. I knew I was good till March with the doctor. I called the clinic, yes good till March tell the dispensary to change it? Obviously they state has to do it not he dispensary. Call back the clinic, my doctor left the clinic so tuff luck. They switched me to a different doctor, but now I can no longer by flower! I was getting 5oz every 35 days. Now nothing. Call the clinic-they were no help at all. Couldn't even talk to a person.
my card was cancelled because KWcannabis clinic changed my doctor unbeknownst to me... called left several messages, NO REPLY... sad thing is I was just there to do my appointment less than a month ago... there are much better places to go in KW. there office is only open 1 day a week. they DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS
