I slipped on wet flooring at my KW hotel and tore a muscle/hamstring in my left thigh. While experiencing extreme pain, Florida Keyes Urgent Care saw me quickly and conducted a thorough examination consisting of x-rays to ensure I had not broken any bones and an ultra-sound that identified the damage to my leg. The nurse, x-ray technician, and Dr. Eckerd were all amazing! They understood my pain and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while providing excellent care, including the necessary paperwork to get me wheelchair assistance for my flight home! I can't thank this entire staff enough! Highly recommend!!!
I had been there several times for my Covid sickness, and my eldest daughter’s pneumonia. They are very kid friendly. The most recent visit I had was the best. My 6 year old broke her leg(spiral tibia fracture). Very painful for her. They saw how bad it was, they admitted us right away, made her feel comfortable as possible, X-rayed her, the Doctor was very knowledgeable, set her leg in an air cast so we can transport her to the ER, called over there to give them all information to admit her, attempted to call ortho for us too, and even followed up with us after we were admitted in ER to make sure we were taken care of properly. The doctors and staff were brilliant, as well as kind and caring....
- my wife had to go there last weekend for a broken foot...
so when I came down with some type of a respiratory problem, I went there today.
& they took very good care of me as well, and it was beyond just a clean medical office!
