I slipped on wet flooring at my KW hotel and tore a muscle/hamstring in my left thigh. While experiencing extreme pain, Florida Keyes Urgent Care saw me quickly and conducted a thorough examination consisting of x-rays to ensure I had not broken any bones and an ultra-sound that identified the damage to my leg. The nurse, x-ray technician, and Dr. Eckerd were all amazing! They understood my pain and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while providing excellent care, including the necessary paperwork to get me wheelchair assistance for my flight home! I can't thank this entire staff enough! Highly recommend!!!
Absolutely love this place. They are so effective and efficient at doing their job. The staff and doctors there are kind and caring. I won’t go anywhere else when I need to be seen.
We went for the first time for a rash on our daughter. The staff are wonderful, fun atmosphere for kids, and fast and thorough care. This will definitely be our go to place now!!!
