I own a 120-year old house in Key West. Needless to say, it needs lots of upkeep and good contractors can be hard to find in Key West, mostly because they are in such high demand. Conch Construction has done excellent work for me on several occasions-I am a repeat customer!. They put in a beautiful deck for me just before Hurricane Irma that withstood the storm without a scratch. They have also done a lot of roof work for me, that has easily passed City and insurance inspections. Their work is of consistently high quality, the workmen are professional and polite and they leave the worksite very clean. I highly recommend Conch for general contracting and roofing jobs.

I am a real estate agent and have used Mike and his crew at Conch Construction on two recent jobs and others in the past. Each experience was excellent and the Sellers I was representing were very happy as well. Along with being timely (as we were in a time crunch on both jobs), the proposals were accurate and there were no "hidden fees" at the end of the jobs. The crews were also very professional and left the job sites impeccably clean and tidy. I highly recommend Conch Construction and Roofing.
