I’m from 1500 miles away staying at Geiger Key! I had a low voltage issue at the campgrounds receptacle I was told 2 times it must be my equipment. 2 gentleman came out today 12/30 and originally said the same thing but once they investigated a bit further they realized it wasn’t. Although there was not any obvious issue why the voltage reading was causing my surge protector to trip. They were kind and listened to my thoughts as the continued to try to figure it out The last thing they could think could be was a bad splice in a junction box. They ran the snake and found it. I have Had an electric issue for four days. No air condition, no washer and dryer, no TV, No Wi-Fi, no stove, And very few lights. And a gentlemen named Tyler came out today and fixed my problem. He had the best customer service that I have seen on this island. He fixed my problem and told me everything as he went along so I would not feel left out. I have repairmen in my house that has literally said not one word. Tyler was very knowledgeable and included me in as much as he could. It is a breath of fresh air to have customer service the way it should be handled. I would definitely recommend this company.
